Treatment Approach/Philosophy: Utilization of an eclectic approach which includes cognitive and behavioral models.  I draw on the individual and or family life experience to create a therapeutic intervention that promotes change, growth, and a better mental and physical wellbeing, giving the individual and/or family the necessary steps to continue that healthy, positive change in their lives.
