I also work with parents to support them and help them recognize behavioral patterns with their children. I utilize the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model and expressive arts for clients of all ages to increase their awareness and understanding of their emotions and triggers. I also use the Instinctual Trauma Response model to help clients heal from various traumas.
