Specialties: Adolescents (14+) and adults, depression, anxiety, shame, life changes, trauma

Treatment Approach/Philosophy: Charla empathically co-creates goals alongside clients as they work to set and achieve/maintain therapeutic goals. Charla takes an eclectic existential and strength-based approach with adolescents and adults. Much of her training has focused on multicultural sensitivity and trauma. She uses the client’s vision as a map to determine what is needed from treatment.
